The homes in Belize are cheap. You can get a beach front for the mid 200’s or less. And you purchase acres of land dirt cheap. But this is a counattempt I would want to visit before buying. It seems very undeveloped and I am not sure you would want to live there.

If you want to look at more great real estate in Belize, look at the new large development (approx 800 acres) on Ambergris Caye, called South Beach Belize www3.southbeachbelize.com. Here they have pre-constuction Villas starting at $199,900. This includes the land the Villa sits on!!!
